Refund Policy

1. General Rules

• Items traded or sold are digital in-game items (skins) for CS:GO (CS2), Dota 2, and Team Fortress 2.
• These items remain the intellectual property of Valve Corporation; you receive a limited right to use them in Steam.
• All sales are final and non-refundable once the item is delivered to your Steam inventory.

2. Exceptions

Refunds are only possible if:

• Delivery fails due to a verified technical error.
• Duplicate payment is made.
• Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction is proven.

3. Risks & Liability

• Market prices of skins fluctuate. We are not responsible for loss in value.
• We are not liable if Valve imposes restrictions, bans, or locks your account.

4. Refund Requests

Requests must be submitted within 14 days by emailing support@heatskins.com.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
